Peace and joy

Peace will come back. If you keep in trusting the Lord, peace will come back. Joy will come back. If you keep on trusting the Lord, joy will come back. With the Lord peace and joy are a daily occurrence. He is peace and He is joy and He wants you to experience Him, to experience His peace and His joy. I used to see God as a somber God. I used to think of Him as a serious and stern God. I didn’t know He was loving. I didn’t understand He cared for everyone. I thought He chose and selected a few people that He loved and He only had a relationship with the most pious of pious. I saw the pope as the only one who could communicate with God. I didn’t see what the Word of God said. I didn’t comprehend that the God of love, peace and joy could have an intimate relationship with me.

 I also believed that peace and joy were a blessing that came only once in a while. I didn’t want to be too joyful because it seemed to violate what God expected from me. I was so wrong. We, believers, have a right to peace and joy every day. Peace and joy are not reliant on our circumstances and on what we deserve. We don’t deserve them and yet Jesus made them available to us. Today I want to encourage you to seek the Lord’s peace and joy and to embrace them. When you do, you embrace Jesus. You embrace your inheritance in the Lord. You are saved. You are blessed and you are a child of God who has the right to the peace and the joy of the Lord. If you are not living in peace and you are not joyful, know that you can be blessed with those amazing fruits of the Spirit. Expect the blessings. Expect Jesus every day.

There is a peace that surpasses all understanding and it comes from the Lord. Have you experienced it? Have you had a whole day with that supreme peace? It is out of this world. It is not the peace that the world gives. It is a peace that doesn’t make sense because it is with us and in us in the middle of bad circumstances. I have experienced the peace of the Lord many times when I should have been sad. It has always been such an uplifting experience. I have found myself at the bottom and yet the Lord has pulled me up to the top with His peace. When I turn to Him, when I trust Him, His peace comes.

 His peace comes over and it boosts my faith. It gives me the confidence that everything is fine. It gives me the confidence that there is nothing to worry about because He is in control. It gives me hope. It makes me smile. It settles my heart. It appeases my mind. It helps me tremendously. It is a powerful reminder that the Lord can do anything. If He can give me intense peace when my bank account is almost empty, I know He can do the impossible. Claim that peace, friend. Don’t let the enemy tell you that it is gone. It is never gone because the Lord is never gone.

The joy of the Lord is our strength! His joy is such a blessing. His joy makes us sing. It makes us dance. It makes us celebrate even when there is chaos. The joy of the Lord in us confuses the enemy. The enemy wants us to moan and cry. He wants us to be defeated and to be deflated. When the joy of the Lord rises up in us, we are strong. We become resilient. We refuse to give up and to give in to despair. The joy of the Lord is a super power. It enables us to deal with all sorts of situations with hope and faith. The joy of the Lord is a stronghold we ought to hold on to. It is a refuge where there is always great possibilities and where peace is also residing.

 Pray for the joy to come back if it is gone. Claim the joy of the Lord. Claim the power of the joy of the Lord. Keep walking in the power of peace and joy. Focus your attention on the Lord and His joy will pour into you despite the bad breaks and the difficulties you might be facing. The Lord is a Lord of peace and joy. Don’t you forget it. He has them ready for you all the time so expect them all the time. Stay strong. Stay encouraged. The Lord of peace and joy is always with you. May God bless you and protect you and remember that He will always love you!

Be glad today

I get pumped up in the morning. I get excited for the day. Even if the day looks bad. Even if I know there are many things I need to take care of. I get excited because it is the day the Lord has made. I rejoice and I am glad in it. It’s not easy every morning to get pumped up but the Holy Spirit helps me. He encourages me. He is my coach and what He tells me every morning is to get pumped up about the day. He tells me to rejoice because Jesus is going to be with me all day. No matter how bad things get. No matter how tough the day gets. Jesus is going to be with me. Friend, it is so encouraging and so uplifting to know every morning that the Lord is with us. I want you to start your day with that awareness. 

Don’t pay attention to the bad mood that is trying to talk to you about how miserable the day is going to be. That is a lie. The day is going to be amazing because your Lord is amazing. You have many reasons to rejoice at the start of the day and Jesus is your main reason. Get up and do a dance. Get up and lift up your hands. Get up and praise the Lord. Get up and declare that today is the day the Lord has made and you will rejoice and be glad in it. Be glad, friend! Be glad because you have the King of Kings by your side and His Spirit resides in you. What a blessing it is! What a privilege it is! You have the King and you are His dwelling place. What can go wrong? A lot can go wrong but you have the One who makes everything right.

Be glad when you first get up. Be glad and clap your hands if you need to. Be glad and pray. Be glad and speak victory, hope, peace and blessings over your day. Be glad and be sure to give God the glory. Be glad and be thankful. Thanksgiving goes a long way when it is what you give the Lord first thing in the morning. There are so many negative and bad thoughts that try to get your attention when you wake up. Do not entertain them. Do not give them the time of day. Give them time out and rebuke them. Focus on the Lord. Focus on the positive by praising Him. I love my morning thanksgiving time. It helps me see the beauty in everything. It gives me a boost and it helps me keep my mind on the Lord. He is good. He is good all the time.

God is good and He loves you, friend. He loves you first thing in the morning. He loves you all day long. He loves you when you are sleeping. Be glad because you are loved. Be glad because the Lord adores you. He forgives you of your sins when you repent. He listens to you when you speak and even when you can’t find the words. Be glad because your Lord listens to your heart and He blesses you requests. Be glad because God is smiling at you 24/7. He smiles at you when you start your day and He wants your attention. It is up to you to decide to be glad or to be sad. Sadness is a fighter. It will fight all good thoughts and all attempts to rejoice in the Lord. However, the Holy Spirit is bigger and stronger than all the sadness in the world. Tap into His gladness. Tap into His promises. Be glad because you have the Spirit of gladness in you.

Be glad, friend because the Lord is going to make a way today. Your trials and your difficulties are going to have to step aside and let you walk on solid ground. They may seem to be an ocean of distress and worry but the Lord will part those seas and allow you to make it through that storm when you are glad and rejoice in Him. There is unliked power when we rejoice in the Lord. When we are glad in the Lord and we let His joy take over, we are invincible. The joy of the Lord is our strength. It gives us a new perspective. It gives us fresh ideas of hope. It keeps us in the right mindset. It enables us to share the mind of Christ. There is gladness in the house of the Lord and you belong in His house. Triumph is in the house where you live.

 Don’t let negative guests get in that house. Fear, worry and doubt are not invited. They might try to crash your party but they are not allowed to come in. Resist them with the gladness of the Lord. Praise and worship the Lord and those party poopers will go away. Stay in the realm of praise. Stay in the worship zone. Stay in the gladness of the Lord. You are going to have an incredible day, my friend. Focus on the Lord Jesus. When you do, you are focusing on joy, peace, love and hope. Rejoice, friend. Be glad for the Lord has you in the palm of His hand all the time. Enjoy today. Enjoy the Lord. Be glad and stay encouraged! May God bless you and protect you and remember that He will always love you!

10 nuggets of wisdom for your Saturday (Part 259)

Don’t be obsessed with the things you can change. Be obsessed with the One who can change anything. Be a fan of the Lord!

Worry takes away your joy and your peace. Take away worry with the Word of God and with prayer. Those heavenly tools always get the job done!

The Lord gives. He never stops giving. He gives back what the devil has stolen. He gives hope when there seems to be no way. He gives love all the time even when the world gives hate. Praise God our Lord, the giver of all good things!

There is a version of your story published by the world. There is a version of your story crafted by the Lord. Choose the Lord’s version and let your story be a testimony to His glory.

With God you will bounce back and ton will get back on your feet. He is with you to the end of time and He will assist and bless you all the time. You are going to make it thanks to the Lord. Stay encouraged!

Practice faith daily. Turn into a habit. Let it become your lifestyle. Stay in faith even when the waves of doubt are raging. Remain on the boat of faith and God will weather every storm for you!

Praise is the key that open doors to Heaven. Praise brings Heaven down and closes the doors of bell. Keep on praising the Lord. Keep on opening divine doors. Praise is the key that unlocks blessings and breakthroughs!

When you put your mind to it, you can do a lot. When you put the Word of God in your mind, you can do all things through Christ who strengthens you. Stay in the Word. Give it your undivided attention and you will share the mind of the King of redemption!

Today is the day the Lord has made. He has made blessings, peace, joy, love and hope and they are all packaged in today. Unpack the blessings of the Lord every day with faith!

The Word of truth can change your mind and bless you with hope, faith and resilience in the Lord. Enjoy the Word of God on a daily basis and its truth will set you free!

Something great is going to happen to you

Looking back at all that happened to me last year I can see the active hand of God in my life. The trials, the tribulations and the financial turmoil did not stop God from blessing me and from helping me.  When I was in the middle of the chaos, I felt like I had to hold my breath of faith and wait for a good reason to exhale. I learned that I should never hold my faith and keep it from helping me breathe. Faith has to be expressed all the time. Faith is for all seasons. It shouldn’t be limited to the good days. It works well under pressure and that is when we should use it the most. God did something amazing in my life last year and I needed to take the time to think about it and to thank Him. I had many desperate moments but He had many more blessed moments for me. Every trial was a stepping stone. Every tribulation was a revelation. A revelation that God is still God even on our worst days. He had a well-crafted plan and I am grateful for the process.

I remember a few times last year when I was faced with situations that tried to shake my faith. My faith was shaken but the Holy Spirit took over and put His good sense back into me. It didn’t happen instantly but it did. It did because despite of it all, I turned to God. I turned to God and put my life in His hands again. You see, when something bad happens and we lose hope, we take our lives from God’s hands. We put our lives in the arms of worry and doubt and it affects our faith. I want to encourage you, friend, to keep pushing and to keep believing that even in your worst moments, God can turn things around. He is the best at restoring situations and at changing the course of events for the best.

God knows what He is doing, friend. He knows it all the time and our problems don’t mess up with His head. He is always calm and composed and He is always in control. Friend, some day, maybe next year, you will look back and see the hand of God. You might be in the phase now where you can’t see yourself getting out of your difficulties. I have been there. We have all been there but the truth is God will get you out of that mess. The truth is if you continue in faith and you fight the good fight of faith, things will get better. With the Lord they will get so much better. Don’t get discouraged. Something great is going to happen to you.

Believe it, friend. Something great is going to happen to you. God says it. The Bible says it. The Holy Spirit says it. They all know the truth. They all know that God can do exceedingly more than you can imagine. Imagine “the more.”  Imagine the blessings. Put your faith in God all the time. Hold on to hope. Don’t give up. I know times can be extremely difficult but you have a God who is extremely able and who adores you. You are going to make it. Something really good is going to take place in your life. In the meantime keep loving on people. Keep adoring the Lord. Keep praying. Keep reading the Word. Keep learning the things of God. Keep praising the Lord. 

Keep tapping into His joy that is your strength. Keep shining the light of hope. Keep rejoicing over Jesus. Keep doing the things that will keep you close to the Lord. Don’t stray from the good habits of faith. Don’t wander away from the truth of the Gospel. Jesus came and died for you and He gave you eternal life. You are living your eternal life now. Stay in it. Something great is going to happen to you. God will make sure of it. Stay encouraged! May God bless you and protect you and remember that He will always love you!

The ditch of distractions

The Lord has been showing me the distractions in my life. The Holy Spirit has been softly whispering about the things that are putting distance between the Lord and myself. I let them create a ditch and I fall in that ditch too often. The ditch of distractions can be overwhelming and it shows up without our understanding. Sometimes we think that what we are doing is for the Lord when in reality it takes us away from the Lord. We can be so focused on actions and deeds that are noble that we forget about the Lord. We can be so focused on building a ministry that we take out God from the structure.

 God is the number One priority we should have in our lives. When He says, “Seek the kingdom first,” He doesn’t mean that we should not seek the King. He doesn’t mean that we should forget about the King and only pay attention to the kingdom. I have been guilty of that. I have been guilty of seeking the kingdom more than I have been seeking the King. It is a very subtle difference and it lies in the ditch of distractions. We are to worship the Creator and not the creation. Let me give you examples of the distractions that have been resting in the ditch of division in my life.

A ditch is a narrow tunnel dug in the ground. The ditch of distractions is a tunnel dug between the Lord and ourselves. It is there to get us down and to bring us to a lower level where we don’t pay attention to the Lord. It is meant to distract us from God and it is paved with distractions that can be hard to identify. It is a ditch that makes you feel like you are walking in mud but you don’t always realize it. Like I said some of the distractions can appear to be noble and good. One of them is worship of worship music. I love worshiping the Lord. I love praising Him. However, there was a point when I was becoming more in love with the worship music than I should be. I was worshiping the music and focusing on it too much. That music became an idol.

I have also heard of people who become major fans of Christian artists and those artists become their idols. I almost fell for that. I found myself in the ditch of distractions with the wrong focus. I adored the music but then I realized that the music was just a vehicle to worship the Lord and I shouldn’t fall in love with it. I do love Christian music but I use it to lift up the Lord. I want my mind to be on the right things and when my mind is on Jesus, it is always on the right things. We ought to scan our lives and see what we are worshiping. Are we putting anything and anyone on a pedestal above the Lord? What are the distractions that are in that ditch of separation? Anything that is exalted above the Lord even for a short time is a distraction in that ditch.

The most recent distraction the Lord has been revealing to me is my phone. When I bought my phone years ago, I prayed over it. I prayed to thank the Lord and I prayed that I would use it to honor God. I write most of my messages on my phone. I read my Bible on my phone. I use my phone to worship and praise the Lord. I have a lot of music on my phone. I watch encouraging and uplifting videos about the Lord on my phone. My phone is “God central” to me. I am blessed to have it but I am seeing more and more that it can be a distraction. I look something up. I dig a hole and get deeper and deeper into research and before I know it I am up looking up topics that take me away from my purpose. I go on social media and even though most of it is Christian, it takes me away from God. It takes time away from God.

 Our phones can easily become idols. We ought to avoid that distraction and put it away. The Lord recently reminded me of how Jesus took time away from the crowds just to be with His Father. My phone is the crowds. I am taking time away from it more and more so I can be with the Father. Friend, we all have distractions in that ditch. My prayer is that our eyes be open and that we find out what those distractions are so we can keep our eyes on Jesus and develop a beautiful relationship with Him. Hold His hand

I had an interesting dream the other day. I was about to cross a very busy street. There were cars coming from all directions. It was a bit intimidating. Then I heard the Lord tell me, “Hold My hand.”  He said “Hold My hand and we will cross together.” He grabbed my hand and I flew above the cars. I was actually walking above the cars in the air. That dream was very powerful. I woke up and wrote it down right away so I wouldn’t forget it. Holding the hand of the Lord was symbolic. It was what I needed to do in the face of potential danger. It was what got me through that situation. It was what saved me. It was what allowed me to get to the other side. Before the Lord invited me to hold His hand, I was scared. I couldn’t see myself making it. I was petrified and worried that the cars would hit me. 

There were no red lights in my dream. There was just an urge to cross but no hope to make it. The hand of the Lord was my hope. The hand of the Lord was my rescue. I have been in that situation many times. I have found myself facing adversity and impossible circumstances. When I have relied on myself to deal with the circumstances, I have failed to even move and to even dare cross the street of hard times. That street is a challenge. It keeps me paralyzed. It doesn’t give me the motivation to move forward. That is what the enemy does. He presents danger and tells us that we can’t move. He tells us that we are going to get hit and we are going to perish. We have to remember that he is the prince of lies. The Lord is with us in all circumstances. His hand is available all the time and it gets us through anything.

Today you might be facing the street of the impossible. Today you might be discouraged by what’s in front of you. Today you might feel helpless and all alone. Don’t dwell on what you see. Stop staring at the cars that are speeding in front of you. Don’t look at how impossible crossing that street seems. Look at the King of the impossible. Look at the help. Your help comes from the Lord. Jesus has His hand stretched out and He wants you to hold it. He has all the help you need to make it in this world and all He is asking is that you trust Him. Trust that His hand is powerful enough. 

Trust that when you hold Him, He holds you. Yes, friend, He has you in the palm of His hand and you are safe. You are always safe with the Lord. You have nothing to worry about  and nothing to fear. He is going to get you to the other side. There are great blessings around you and one of them is the hand of the Lord. You can hold His hand and walk with confidence. Those cars will not be the end of you. If they don’t move out of the way, God will make a way. He will lift you up and you will walk through the air like in my dream or you will fly. God’s got you. Hold his hand!

Hold the hand of the Lord all day long. As soon as you wake up, praise the Lord. Pray to the Lord. Focus on the Lord. All these great habits are ways you can hold His hand because you are telling your day that God is the best part of your day. You are telling your day that His hand is what you need first thing in the morning. Your day can be challenging but at least you are holding on to the power that can change anything. The hand of the Lord is your refuge and your shield. His hand won’t let any harm come to you. You will see the danger and you will see the evil in the world but you will be protected.

 Hold on to the hand of the Lord for it is the hand of hope. It is the hand of victory, the hand of triumph and the hand that can do all things. God has so much power in His hand. Believe it. Trust it. Walk through life holding the hand of power from Heaven. Walk through life knowing that you are in good hands. Walk through life holding on to faith and allowing the Lord to take care of your journey. You are going to make it, friend. Great hope is always with you. Don’t worry and don’t fear. Hold the hand of the Lord and you will cross any street of life. May God bless you and protect you and remember that He will always love you!

Unforgettable blessings

God is going to do things in your life that you will never forget. He is so amazing and so powerful that He can shake the earth and make miracles come out of it. It is a visual I had one time when I was meditating. It looked like an earthquake was taking place but instead of fear and cries all over the place, you could hear cries of joy and victory and lava with many colors came out of the earth. It was the lava of miracles that burn all disappointments and shortcomings. It is the fire of God that makes everything pure and that burns what is bad and evil. Today if you are facing situations where hope is gone and the evil one is blocking your life, thank God for the fire from Heaven. Thank Him for He can shake your situation and make something beautiful come out of it. 

A miracle is coming. God is going to do something wonderful in your life. Believe. Keep trusting Him. I  have said this before but believing in God is never a bad choice. You will always get an answer, a blessing, a breakthrough or a miracle. Something powerful is brewing and the Lord is about to serve it to you. There are blessings lining up in your life and with your faith, you can receive them. Have faith in the King of miracles. Keep your focus on Him and not on the miracles. They will come. They are on their way. They are meant for you and they will take place in your life. Believe in miracles. Believe in the God who still performs miracles today and who wants to do unforgettable things in your life.

Unforgettable blessings are the ones that turn your life around and that make everything better. They make you forget about the pain and the wait. They make you smile and they make you joyful. They are straight from Heaven and when they happen to you, you don’t doubt that they are signs and wonders from God. They make you wonder what happened. They leave you stunned and confused but they also make you rejoice and celebrate. Have you experienced God’s unforgettable blessings? Some are bigger than others but they are all very good. My prayer is that you have unforgettable blessings after unforgettable blessings. Our God is so capable and He is looking for people like you and me who will be open to His blessings and to His miracles. 

The enemy has so many snares and traps and because of him we have to deal with bad circumstances a lot. Those bad circumstances can leave scars and they can affect us for a long time. I am living proof of those scars and wounds but I am also living proof of the goodness of God and of His unforgettable blessings. His blessings have wiped away the tears and put an end to the fears. His unforgettable blessings have shaken my life and put good things into place. His unforgettable blessings have transformed my situations and they have transformed me as well. 

There is hope, friend! You will forget the bad days. You will not be scared for life. Put your life in God’s hands. Pray and yield control. Let Him take over. Let Him do His thing in your life. Let Him replace the bad days with His better days. Those unforgettable hard days are going to go away. God is the best at everything and He is the best One who can make us feel better and who can heal us. The bad situations you have gone through might have hurt you and even broken you but you are going to be restored. You are going to be blessed away and you are going to have great things happen to you. God has planned them and they are going to be excellent! God is going to restore your life and pour blessings into your everyday life that you will not forget. Except the great miracles of the Lord Almighty. Expect things to change for the better and thank God for His unforgettable blessings. You are going to be touched by the Lord in a powerful way and you will never forget it. Stay encouraged! God is setting you up

God is setting you up for something bigger and greater. He is preparing you for the unbelievable. He is training you and equipping you. It’s up to you to receive what He is doing in your life. He knows what’s to come and He knows how He is going to bless you. He is taking you step by step through an adventure that is wilder than you can imagine. God has made up His mind about your future and today is when you are being fine tuned for what’s to come. Remember that with God you are going from glory to glory. Everything you are learning now, every prayer you are saying, every praise session you are holding is all meant to make you stronger in your faith and to get you closer to the Lord. You are being modeled and remodeled and God is the designer that is helping you along the way. Don’t underestimate everything you are doing today in the name of Jesus. Every effort is a good effort. Every good deed is a great deed. Every prayer counts. All the time you are putting into dedicating yourself to the Lord is valuable time. Are you ready to accept what God wants to do in you today? Are you ready to be blessed and to be changed for the glory of God? There is a lot coming your way and God is paving the way for it all.

God is setting you up in a good way. He is building you up and creating a heart of resilience in you. There are so many elements mentioned in the Bible that are preparing you. First you should recognize that God has a plan for you that is higher than the plans you have for yourself. If you ask Him what He has in mind for you, He will tell you that His plans are out of this world and He is going to take you to the place where miracles abound, love is your only language, faith is your default setting, joy is your permanent strength and peace is all over you. God is preparing you for all that today. Every trial and every tribulation is getting you ready. They are not meant to hurt you even though that is what the enemy wants. See them as stepping stones that can make your faith stronger. Practice faith in every circumstance. Go beyond the practice and walk in faith. God is assisting you and He is walking with you. When you walk in faith and you refuse to lose hope, you are being set up for success. Battles are won when they are fought with confidence in the Lord and when total reliance on Him is the priority. See your trials as part of a training ground where you gain muscles of hope and you get a chance to turn into a stout follower of Jesus.

God is setting you up for success. With Him, you can’t lose. With Him, you learn important lessons and you go on to the next chapter. You are in amazing hands. You are blessed and you are a blessing. God made you a blessing so you can spread His love. He blessed you so you can reflect His love as well. Loving others is a perfect goal. When you attain it, you are successful. Loving God and loving others as ourselves is powerful. God has put His love in you so you can make it in this world where hate is rampant. God is setting you up so you can be a loving believer whose intentions are to heal and to help this world. That is great success. Let God prepare you for that. Spend time with Him. Meditate on His Word. Pray daily. Praise daily. Love daily. Believe daily. God is going to get you there and everything you are doing for the kingdom today is not in vain. Keep training. Keep focusing on the Lord. You are being set up for great success. May God bless you and protect you and remember that He will always love you!

10 nuggets of wisdom for your Saturday (Part 258)

If the enemy broke it, expect God to fix it. God is the God of restoration and He can repair anything. He will give you double for your trouble. Stay in faith!

The God of all hope will never cease to amaze you. He will give you hope when you are in the middle of a crisis and when the world tells you that there is no way. He is the way maker!

Don’t disapprove of what God already approved for you. Follow His lead and trust His plans for your life!

God’s love is bigger than all the rivers of the world combined. If you let it, it will drown you in joy, peace, hope and blessings.

There is something good coming and it is coming from God. Don’t let today blind you to the blessings of the Lord. He is going to bless you abundantly!

The Lord adds to your days. He adds blessings, love, hope and more. Let Him be the One you trust all day. He will make everything better!

Let the Lord be the distraction that interferes with negative thoughts, bad feelings and emotions. Let Him take over your mind as you yield to His Word.

Hope is here today. Jesus is here today. He will never leave you so be encouraged, friend. Hope will never leave you. Stay strong!

You are in your right mind when your mind is fixed on the Lord. What seems foolish to the world is pure sanity to the Lord. Keep your mind on the wisdom of the Lord and you will be sane.

God’s Word is a lamp unto your feet. Take one step with the Word and you will leap into faith. Keep walking with the Word and you will make it in this world!

God can and He will

Who can get you out of trouble and get you to a better place? God can. Who can bless you in the middle of a mess? God can. Who can heal you when medicine has given up on you? God can. Who can feed you in the middle of the desert? God can. Who can bless you beyond your wildest dreams? God can. God can do it. God can do it all. God is the God of wonders and miracles. We need to keep that in mind. We need to remind ourselves that our God can. He can do the impossible and He can do what no one else can. 

Today I want to encourage to trust and believe that your God can. He can do it for you. He has done it before and He will do it again. He parted the seas and He will do it again. Whatever you can’t do on your own, God can do it. Believe in the God who can. Believe in the God who can bless you beyond your wildest dreams. Believe in the God who can move Heaven and earth to bless you. Believe in the God who can do exceedingly more than you can imagine. Believe in the power of God. It is here with you and it can do wonders. The God of all wonders can bless your life in an amazing way. He can and if you trust Him, He will!

I like the word “can”. “Can” is loaded with possibilities. “Can” is a faith word. “Can” is an enabler when you use it to describe what can happen according to God. It is a word of power that we should adopt and keep in our vocabulary. It is good to use it about ourselves and describe what we are capable of doing but it should mostly be used to talk about God. “God can” are the two words we need to use a lot more. We tend to crumble in front of difficult situations but our God is not moved and not fazed by the impossible.

 When we say nothing can be done, He says “I can do it.” He can still do it. He can always do it. He has no limitations except for the ones we put on Him with our unbelief. He wants you and me to be on the same page and to agree that He can. He always can. No situations and no circumstances can remove the “can” from Him. Let’s talk about Him by defining Him exactly how He is. He can and He will bless us. He can get us out of any bad situations and He will. God can and He will, friend! Let’s believe in the “can” part and add the “will” part to it.

God is always willing to bless us. He is always willing to intervene and to do great things in our lives. Some religious ideas depict Him as an unwilling God. A God who might want to do good but who is not always willing to bless us unless we do something for Him. I remember thinking as a kid that I had to earn God’s love. I used to think that in order for Him to bless me, I had to be a good person and I had to prove myself worthy. God doesn’t work like that. He is willing to help and willing to bless us. He adores His children. He adores us. He doesn’t want to deprive us of His goodness. Now, His blessings could look a lot different from what we perceive but He always knows best. 

God has our best interest in mind. He can perform miracles in our lives and He is willing to do it. God can do miracles and He will do miracles if we believe He will. The “will” part is a given to Him but it has to be ignited by our faith. We need that extra step. We need that step of faith in the mid. God can do the impossible and He will do it when we approach the situation with faith. Friend, God can help you and bless you abundantly today. He will do it. Believe it. Believe He is willing. Nothing can stop Him. God can and He will. Praise Him!!! May God bless you and protect you and remember that He will always love you!
