God is not done with you

God’s not done with you, friend. No matter where you are in life, know that God is not done with you. Whether you are having the best season of your life or you are going through the worst storm of your life, remember that God is not done with you. His plans for you are still going strong. He is still going to bless you and protect you. God is going to continue to be God in your life. He is extremely powerful and His power is at your disposal right now. Tap into His power by trusting Him. Whatever you need today is here. Whatever you will need tomorrow will be there. God is not done and He is going to use you to His glory as long as you are willing and you are open. What does God have in store for you? I couldn’t tell you specifically what He has custom made for you but I can tell you that He wants you to have the best life ever for His glory. He wants you to be as close to Him as you can. He wants you to believe there is more. Today I want to encourage you to believe that God is not done with you and you can expect more. You can expect more from Him and you can expect to be blessed and to remain safe in Him.

Years ago I received  a message that seemed simple at first. The message was “There is more.” “There is more?” I asked myself. More what? I prayed about it and I found out that with the Lord we go from glory to glory. We are blessed more and more. We are supposed to go up and not go down. There is also an uphill battle. It’s the daily battle of our faith. With every victory we go higher and higher in faith and we have stronger expectations. Every test that we face can be a great stepping stone for greater faith which results in great things. The stronger our faith, the greater the blessings and the more we can deal with anything that comes our way. When God blesses us, He doesn’t say “Ok, that was good and that’s enough.” No, His blessings are everlasting and we can expect to be blessed even more. We can expect that He is not done and that He has not said His last words over our lives. God rejoices over us and He has many amazing things to say about our lives and about who we are. His words are in the Bible and we ought to be familiar with them. When we are, we will understand that God is never done with us and He is there to take us to higher levels of peace, of faith, of love, of joy and of hope. Picture levels that you can climb and that God enables you to climb.

Friend, God will take you from one level to the next. Don’t lose hope. Don’t settle for less. God is going to do more in your life. He is going to bless you more and to use you more to His glory. Expect God’s hand on your life. Expect more blessings. Expect more victories. Expect more answers. Expect more solutions. Expect Him to never be done with you. Don’t let the enemy tell you that it is all over and nothing can be done. Anything and everything can be fixed by our Lord Almighty. Stay encouraged! God has more for you and it will come to pass. Talk to Him daily about how grateful you are to have Him in your life. Talk to Him about anything and everything and listen to what He has to say. He will tell you that there is more. He will comfort you and reassure you. He will say that it is not over. He will say that He is so pleased to bless you and that His love for you will never die. It’s that undying love for you that is the glue for everything. His love won’t let you down and His love will make sure that you are blessed. When you embrace Jesus and you embrace His love, things change. You start to change. Your vision of the world changes and your vision of God changes as well. God is not done with you, friend. Keep that in the middle of your heart and hold on to that truth. May God bless you and protect you and remember that He will always love you!

God has the wisdom you need

You can never go wrong with God. You can never go astray and you can never get lost. “Why am I feeling lost and why am I feeling like I don’t know what I am doing?” you might be asking. God knows it all and He knows how to get you where you need to go. It is when you trust more in yourself, in your understanding and in your own strength that you can get lost. When you rely on yourself and you don’t consult with God, you can get to a bad spot. God wants us to be relying on Him at all times and in everything. Self-reliance is the enemy of God’s direction. Self-reliance can take you in a direction that is far from the truth of the Lord. When we put our trust in the Lord, we should agree that we will not contradict Him and we will not doubt Him. As you know, it is easy to doubt God and to second guess everything. We are called to be first guessers in the Lord and not second guessers in the world. We are called to have blind faith and to lean on God’s wisdom. His wisdom brings freedom. His wisdom gives clarity. His wisdom leads to peace. His wisdom opens minds and fills hearts with hope. Let’s rely on God’s wisdom every single day. Let’s stand on His Word and refuse to be shaken by the turbulence of life.

God’s wisdom gives us a blueprint for how to live. His wisdom has the answers we need in every situation. Sometimes the answer is as simple as “trust God no matter what.” I have received that answer many times and I take it as the ultimate wisdom to abide by. God is the King of wisdom and He knows how our lives are going to unfold. He knows the best way to make us succeed in this life. Succeeding according to His standards is better than amassing riches in this world. We succeed when we walk close to the Lord, we follow His lead, we worship Him with our lives, we love Him and we love others like ourselves and we dedicate our lives to Him. Success in His eyes is for His glory and it is the best way to live. God is God and He doesn’t need our praise and thanksgiving. He wants us to praise Him and worship Him because it is the best thing for us. Everything He tells us in His Word is for our good. Are you looking for answers today? Are you wondering how you should live your life? Turn to the King of wisdom. Turn to the Book of Life and find the inspiration, the motivation, the encouragement and the knowledge you need to live your life for Jesus.

God has the wisdom you need today. All situations you will ever encounter can be dealt with through the wisdom that is found in the Bible. This is what I want you to do today. Pray for a few minutes before you open your Bible. Do it every time you are going to read the Bible. Pray and ask the Holy Spirit to open the eyes of your heart and the eyes of your understanding. Pray and ask Him to guide you through the Word and to reveal His wisdom to you. Pray and thank the Lord for all the wisdom you are going to receive. You will get some great impartation and some major revelation when you do that every time. Keep at it. Cherish God’s wisdom. Seek it. Long for it. Read it. Embrace it. Keep it close to your heart. Meditate on it and you will see treasures of knowledge and wisdom that will change your life. The Bible is the ultimate manual for a better life. Sometimes all we need is direction and information. We need to find out which way to go and we need more information on how to deal with life. The Bible provides all that and more. I pray that you are encouraged to spend more time in the Bible and to seek God’s wisdom. God has all the wisdom you need to have an abundant life and to stay in His will. Take your current situation and pray that the Lord sheds light on it as you prayerfully read and study His Word. Make it a priority to spend a few minutes in the Word every day. Take notes. Find passages to meditate on. You are going to get great answers and your perspective on life is going to change. Enjoy the Word of God. Wisdom is going to be part of your daily life. Praise the Lord for that! May God bless you and protect you and remember that He will always love you!

Jesus is bigger

Jesus is bigger than your problems. Jesus is bigger than your enemies. Jesus is bigger than your trials. Jesus is bigger than your tribulations. Jesus is bigger than your circumstances. Jesus is bigger than anything that is negative in your life. Jesus is bigger than sin. Jesus is bigger than your mistakes. Jesus is bigger than whatever is trying to steal your joy and your peace. Jesus is bigger than anything. As you start this new week, I want you to remember that Jesus is bigger than anything that will come your way and anything that might be in the way of your happiness right now. There is no one and nothing bigger than the Lord. You have nothing to worry about and nothing to fear because greater is the One that is in you than the devil that is in the world. You have all you need to make it this week. You have all you need to overcome and to challenge the challenges of the enemy!

Jesus died on the cross and conquered sin, death and the enemy. He conquered everything that belongs in the kingdom of evil and death. Now, that includes any problem and any difficulty you will ever encounter. It doesn’t mean that your life is going to be free of problems but it means that for every problem Jesus has a solution. For anything bad that happens to you, God has a cure, an answer and He has the power to change your circumstances for the better. Sometimes He will do it in a split second and sometimes it will be a process but don’t get lost in the details of that process. Trust the Lord every step of the way. Don’t doubt how He is taking care of your situation. Don’t panic when things are going slow. Pray for patience and pray for peace. Jesus is bigger than anything that is trying to destroy you and He will not let you down. He will get you out of the worst situations and He will be with you in the trenches while you are fighting the good fight of faith. Jesus can do anything!

Jesus is bigger than sin. How blessed we are to have a Lord who sacrificed Himself and who paid the price for our sins and our trespasses. This doesn’t give us a license to sin but when we do sin, we can ask for forgiveness. As we walk the Christian walk and we do our best to walk as close to the Lord as possible, we won’t like to sin. We will be tempted and the Holy Spirit will convict us. The fight against sin is a daily fight and no one is perfect but we have to remember that Jesus is bigger than our sins and we can walk close to Him knowing that through His blood we are made whiter than snow. Ask Him to help you deal with sins and transgressions. Whatever you have to deal with in that department is not bigger than Jesus. Keep that in mind!

When problems arise in my life, and they often do, one of the first things I say to myself is that Jesus is bigger than anything. I pump myself up with that truth. I meditate on it and I brandish it against any thought that is attempting to bring me down. Jesus is King. Jesus never fails. Jesus already took care of everything. Jesus is peace. Jesus is joy. Jesus is my victory. He is bigger than failure. He heals me. He restores me. He builds me up. He strengthens me. He supports me. He helps me. He blesses me and He saves me every time. Jesus does all these things for you as well, friend. Invite Him into every circumstance. Talk to Him about anything and everything and He will answer you. See Him as the amazing and powerful King that He is. He is going to bless you tremendously this week. He is going to show you that He still reigns. He is going to pour His love into your life and keep you safe. Stay strong and stay courageous. May God bless you and protect you and remember that He will always love you!

With all your heart

There is a position the Lord loves. The position of submission and total surrender. The Lord loves it when we are fully surrendered to Him and we believe in Him with all our hearts. When we trust Him in all our ways. When we have blind faith and we know that He is in control. That position of surrender is powerful and it is much needed. Every day we should surrender. Every day we should submit to God’s will and humble ourselves in front of Him. There are days when the first thing I do is physically submit to the Lord on my knees. I don’t think we need to necessarily be on our knees to pray but at times it helps me to be on my knees and surrender. I have found myself lying on the floor. This has happened when I have been in adoration and all I wanted to do was to be completely flat on the floor before God. My spirit in those moments craves submission and humbleness. I couldn’t go any lower but if I could I would. It’s during those times that I realize how small I am and how big God is. He is so big that I have to show that I understand His greatness. I humble myself and put Him on a pedestal. I put myself under so I can put Him on top of everything. Putting Him on top of everything is a way for me to say that I trust Him in everything.

Friend, the Lord wants your heart to be surrendered. He wants you to trust Him in everything. Not just in some areas of your life. He wants it all. He wants your heart and not just portions of it. Today I want to encourage you to trust the Lord with all your heart. Take a deep look at where your heart is not surrendered. Take a deep look at what needs to be changed and where you can let Jesus in more. Blind faith is no picnic but it is something that you and I can achieve. Isn’t it one of the best goals we can have for our Christian walk? Trusting God wholeheartedly. When we do, nothing, absolutely nothing can bother us. When we trust God will all our hearts, there is no room for fear, no room for doubt and no more sleepless nights. We ought to lean on the Lord no matter what heaviness and burden are leaning on us. We can push the burdens by giving them all to Jesus. Get rid of those fears and those doubts. Give them to the Lord in prayer. Get in the Word and fill yourself with hope. The hope of the Word of God will take root in your heart and Jesus will be your expectation in everything. It is when we expect Him to bless us in everything that we can recognize that our hearts are surrendered. It won’t happen overnight but when we are diligent with it, it happens for sure.

With all your heart, friend, praise the Lord. With all your heart, trust in God’s promises. With all your heart, expect a breakthrough. With all your heart, expect a blessing. With all your heart, expect a miracle. With all your heart, expect the Holy Spirit to guide you. With all your heart, love God. With all your heart, love others. With all your heart, hold on to joy, peace, love and hope. With all your heart, seek God. With all your heart, pursue the Lord. With all your heart, pray to God. With all your heart, stay close to God. With all your heart, believe that today is the day the Lord has made and you will rejoice and be glad in it. With all your heart, celebrate the Lord. With all your heart, stay in peace. This will take place when you surrender to God day after day and you tell Him that without Him you are nothing and thanks to Him you can do anything. He is your God. He is your Savior. Reminder yourself daily of the power of that truth. May God bless you and protect you and remember that He will always love you!

Raise your expectations

One thing that seems more and more apparent is that I need to raise my expectations when it comes to what I expect from God. I don’t worship an earthly god. I worship the King of Heaven. I worship the Lord of lords and the Prince of Peace. I worship the One who made the Heavens and the earth. I worship the One who gave His life for me. I worship the One who is not limited and who can do all things. I worship the One who can part the seas and open blind eyes. I worship the God of miracles and He can do anything. What should I expect from such an awesome God? I should expect anything and everything. I should expect Heaven on earth. I should expect miracles that transcend human understanding. I should expect peace, joy and love galore. That is what Jesus gives. He has an unrestricted supply of goodness. His goodness is magnificent. I am done expecting small blessings. I am done limiting my expectations to the narrow passages that are confined in my mind. I am raising my expectations and I am expecting Jesus to shine and glimmer in all situations. My Savior is my expectation. My King is my expectation. His grace and mercy are my expectations and the impossible made possible is also what I am expecting.

There is power in what we expect. We can expect the best or we can expect the worst but whatever we expect is backed up by faith. Faith in the negative or faith in God’s ability to take care of everything. I am leaning more towards letting my faith guide me and lead me every day. It can be a struggle but at least I know Jesus is with me and I can expect the best. As long as you expect God’s best, the Lord will do the rest. He will make sure that your needs are met and that you are covered and protected. Expecting God’s best often means expecting beyond what we see and what we comprehend. God’s best can blow our minds. His best for us and so much higher than the best things we think we deserve. We deserve the very best because of Jesus our Savior. We need to raise our expectations so they start resembling God’s expectations for our lives. We need to raise our standards of blessings and favor. God has an amazing plan for all of us. Let’s agree with His plan no matter what it entails. Let’s have faith in His best plan and let’s give Him the wheel. God’s best is often not our best. Sometimes we think we know better and we ask God for what looks like the best outcome and the best solution but God has a totally different opinion and a different take on things. He will surprise you with His best.

God performs miracles. God didn’t stop performing miracles the last time you experienced a miracle. God also doesn’t reserve miracles just for others. If you have never had a miracle in your life, it is not too late. It is never too late and know that miracles can be poured into your life any minute now. Raise your expectations. Stir up your faith. Focus on the God of love. Learn about His grace and His mercy. Thank Him for His goodness and declare that you believe in His miracles and in His blessings for your life. Have high expectations in every area of your life. Give every area of your life to Jesus. Trust Him with everything and He will bless you in everything. Have a surrendered heart that believes that Jesus is Lord in every situation. Your problem today is not as big as your precious Lord and He wants you to expect great things. He wants you to expect things to get better and better. Have the expectations of the King. When He comes into the scene, life gets better and miracles happen. Jesus can do the impossible, friend. Beautiful things are going to happen. Wonderful things are going to happen. Raise your expectations and stay in faith. You never know what amazing things the Lord can do in your life. Be open to anything spectacular. Be open to anything from Jesus. May God bless you and protect you and remember that He will always love you!

Blessings upon blessings

How abundant are the good things that You have stored up for those who fear You,

that You bestow in the sight of all, on those who take refuge in You.”* This verse, Psalm 31:19, is one of the many verses that talk about God’s blessings. God promises to bless us when we trust in Him. He promises to be our refuge and to be our provider and to pour blessings upon our lives. We can expect an abundance of blessings. We can expect breakthroughs. We can expect miracles. All these things should be our reality as we stay in the Lord. It doesn’t mean that we won’t have problems. Many are the afflictions of those who trust in the Lord. We will all have bad times and bad days but the Lord’s blessings will outweigh the bad moments. We can also expect victory when things are bad. We should actually expect that the Lord will bless us in the middle of our difficulties. I am learning to expect blessings upon blessings. I am learning that God’s blessings are chasing after me. I am blessed because of Jesus. I am not blessed because I am nice or because of my deeds. I am a magnet for blessings because Jesus is in me, with me and for me. Blessings can’t stay away from me. That is a promise from the Lord and I am standing on all of His promises. Expect blessings upon blessings, friend. Expect blessings when life is tough and when nothing seems to go your way. That is when you should know that God will make a way for His blessings to come to you.

The first thing we should always remember is that Jesus is the originator of all our blessings. They come from the Lord. They are orchestrated by God. They are brought into our lives because of Jesus’ sacrifice and His resurrection. Jesus made it possible for us. Jesus paved the way. Our faith manifests those blessings for lack of better words. Our faith is the point of contact between our blessings and us. We believe in Jesus and we should expand our faith to the place where we trust that blessings are ours. We should widen our faith and trust that Jesus is blessing us. It is important that we thank the originator of our blessings and we acknowledge Him. I thank the Lord for my blessings. I thank Him more and more for the blessings that can seem minute to other people. I don’t want to miss an opportunity to thank the Lord and to show Him that I appreciate all blessings, big and small ones. I am so blessed because the originator of my blessings is with me all the time. Jesus is King and He is the King of all blessings. Do you ever see Him that way? He can do all things and His blessings will blow your mind. I expect “mind blowing blessings.” I expect big favor and huge blessings. I know who the originator is and I know He is capable of a lot more than I can think.

I am thankful for my family and friends and a lot of my blessings are connected to them. If they do something for me, if they bless me in any way, I thank them but I also know who the true originator of my blessings is. I believe we should always thank people and give thanks for the people in our lives. We should always let them know how much we appreciate them and how much we love them and we should give God the glory for them. My family is a huge blessing in my life and I thank God for them. My friends are a huge blessing in my life and I thank God for them. My job is a big blessing in my life and I thank God for them. I also thank God for the air I breathe, for the water I get to drink, for the bed I sleep in. God is opening my eyes to all His blessings and they are a lot more than I had imagined. It is when we thank God for the small things that He trusts us with even bigger things. With the Lord we go from glory to glory. We climb mountains of blessings and we never have to look down. Let’s look up at the blessings. Let’s speak about God’s blessings in our lives and let’s declare His big blessings. We are blessed, friend. We have Jesus. We have the originator of all blessings. We can’t go wrong when we expect His blessings. Friend, you are going to get blessings upon blessings in your life so start thanking God harder today for His blessings. May God bless you and protect you and remember that He will always love you! Expect great things!

Bridging the love gap

It tears me apart when I hear people say they left the Church because of the way they were treated. I know people who were judged, criticized and even ostracized by their church. I can’t believe that a place of worship, a place of love can become a place of hate and a place of rejection. It is not the case for all churches obviously but it happens and I know that it saddens the Lord to see how people are kept from knowing Him. When hatred, division and seclusion are present in the church, faith is damaged, love is harmed and hope is destroyed. We are to walk in love. What we are told to do is to love God and love others like ourselves and not to just love God and judge others because of our own thinking, interpretation, feelings and bias. God is love. There is no way around it and there is nothing we should change about that truth. We can’t represent God correctly if we subtract His biggest trait from our representation. Love is His biggest trait and we should portray Jesus with love. It is love that attracted me to God. It is love that spoke to me. It is love that made sense to me. It is love that healed me and that still heals me. It is love that works with faith. Faith without love is useless. I don’t want to have useless faith. I want faith that moves mountains. That faith is powered by the love of the Lord.

People are leaving the Church or not joining the Church because of the lack of love and welcome they experience. We are the Church, friend. We are the ones who should welcome everyone and who should be vessels of love. It is time we bridged that gap of love. It is time we became the warriors of love that will love no matter what and no matter who the people are. We have a role to play. We are imitators of the Lord and representatives of the Lord. Let’s put all politics aside and focus on Jesus. Let’s focus on who He is and let’s present Him to the world the best way we can. When we walk in His love, we walk in power and our faith is strengthened. A lot of us are working on our faith and I think it is crucial but the love walk is the most important walk. When we get filled with God’s love, everything else falls into place. Love is the way through everything. Love is the invitation many people have been waiting for. Love is the hope that lights the hearts of the world. We can ignite so many hopeless hearts by giving people love. When we use the flame of love to interact with people, we can change the world. I see so many unlit candles around me and I understand that God’s love can give those people their flame back or can introduce them to a joyful light.

There is a gap that needs to be bridged and like I said it is up to us to make that happen. My prayer is that we change our focus and prioritize God’s love. I pray that we nurture His love so we can spread it all around us. This shouldn’t just take place in the church. The love gap needs to be bridged in our everyday lives. There is always someone who needs love. There is always a broken heart that needs a hug and a nudge from Heaven. There are many lost souls that would love to be touched by love and that long for Jesus’ love. I am learning all the time about God’s love. I am learning how to get rid of my preconceived notions and how to delve into the love of God. I am learning that I have to put myself on the back burner and let God’s love be the fire that I use to interact with others. I am learning that my faith takes a hit when love is out of the picture. I am learning that God wants us to love unconditionally and it is possible when we stay in Him and we remain in His presence. I am learning that love is the answer to all my problems and it is the answer to everyone’s problems. I am learning that without love, I am nothing. I am learning that Jesus is the King of love and without my King I am poor in all my ways. Let’s bridge the love gap, friend. Let’s give hope to people and let’s shower them with love. Everyone deserves God’s love. Everyone! May God bless you and protect you and remember that He will always love you!

Into the ring of fire

When trials and tribulations are all around you, you might feel like you are in a ring of fire. You might feel like everything is burning around you and you have. No way of getting out. You might think that all the good things in your life are going up in flames. Have you ever been in that ring of fire? I am pretty sure that the answer is yes. I have been in that fire many times and the truth is that I am going to be there again. I am not being pessimistic. I am quoting the Bible. In Psalm 34:19, we are told that “Many are the afflictions of the righteous.” Jesus Himself said that in this life we would have many tribulations. We are righteous and we are children of God and we are not immune to problems. That ring of fire is real but it doesn’t mean that we are going to burn up. It doesn’t mean that there won’t be relief and we won’t come out of it.

What we need to do is bring Jesus into that ring of fire. You are probably thinking that Jesus is always with us and He is but our faith has to reach out to Him and help us connect to Him. Many are the afflictions of the righteous but the Lord delivers him from them all. It is because we believe that the Lord delivers us. We can easily load up our thinking with all sorts of negative thoughts that distance us from Jesus who is right there with us. We can easily go with the fire and let our hope burn and crash. We have to bring Jesus into that ring of fire and declare that our Lord won’t let us burn. Our Lord is going to deliver us from that fire and we are going to make it. Jesus said that He had conquered the world. That is the truth we need to bring into that fire. That is the wind of change we should expect.

When the three Hebrews were in the fire, the Lord was with them. They didn’t burn. They didn’t perish. There were four people in the fire and not three. Friend, you are not alone in the fire. There are two of you. You are in the ring of fire with the Lord. Bring praise into that ring of fire. Start dancing in the fire. Start celebrating Jesus. There is no better place than wherever you are to celebrate the Lord. Lift up your hands in the middle of the fire. Sing praises and give thanks to the Lord even in the fire. That ring of fire will go away. The fire will stop burning. Your problems will get resolved. You are not going to be in that ring of fire forever but be sure to bring all your A game into it. By “A game” I mean the powerful combination of prayer, praise and thanksgiving. Don’t be intimidated by the fire. Hold on to Jesus in the fire. Hold on to the promise that the Lord is your refuge and an ever present help in times of trouble. That ring of fire is a time of trouble. The Lord is protecting you. Stay strong. Stay in faith. You are going to come out of the fire. May God bless you and protect you and remember that He will always love you!

For the hopeless

If you are hopeless today, this message is for you. We all get to a point where we find ourselves hopeless. No matter what we try, nothing seems to work. No matter where we turn, no help seems to be coming. I have been in the hopeless zone a few times. One time I was the king of hopelessness. I didn’t want to hear from God or to hear about God. I closed that door. I closed my heart. I closed my faith. I shut down my faith because I couldn’t understand why what was happening was happening to me. I had been a devoted Christian. I thought I was doing all the right things and going through ordeals was very unexpected. My trials felt like a slap in the face of my faith. It was as if I was being punished for being a Christian and the punishment was strong. I didn’t know what to do and what to think. I was very hopeless. In my mind staying in bed was the solution. However, my spirit had a different idea about how to deal with the situation and God was not out of the picture.

When we get our spirit used to the Word of God and we give it spiritual injections through prayer and praise, it will not let us down in times of crisis. The other great thing is that the Holy Spirit is in us since we are believers. Now, that doesn’t mean that the Holy Spirit is going to take over and push us in the direction of faith when things get hard. He is gentle and He gives us little reminders. When I was very hopeless, I didn’t turn to the Holy Spirit right away but my spirit knew I could do more. My spirit knew there was more. My heart knew that God could take me, little hopeless me and change me. I needed a change of heart. I need a dose of God’s love and God’s hope. I said a quick prayer. I didn’t feel like it. I forced myself. It wasn’t easy but it was necessary. If you are hopeless today, say a few words to God. Be very honest. Be honest about how you are feeling and what is going on through your mind. Don’t sugarcoat it. Let it rip. It is a good way to give it to God. Present yourself to God as the human hurting and aching being that you are. He will take it from there and help you out.

God is after your heart, friend. He wants you to express your heart and He wants you to turn to Him. Turning to Him even in doubt is a step in the right direction. I was hopeless but He put the hope back into my heart. How? I vented and prayed. I also told Him that I knew He was still God and that His hope wouldn’t let me down. Did I believe it? My heart did but my mind didn’t. At least I declared it and the more I said it, the more hope came into my heart. What I did was send God’s words back to Him. I listened to myself speaking His Word. Faith comes from hearing and hearing from the Word of God. In your hopeless season, friend, listen to the Word. Listen to yourself speak the Word. It will change your perspective and it will change your mind. The Word of God is the Word of the King of hope. His Word has power. His Word has power to bring back hope and to change your circumstances as you are being changed on the inside. Hopelessness is a bad feeling but faith is above all feelings and can sweep away all hopeless thoughts and emotions. Jesus, the author of your faith will take care of anything that is bringing you down now.

Friend, hope never leaves. Events and circumstances blind us to the truth of God’s hope. Trials and tribulations set a bridge between us and hope. God can bridge that gap so talk to Him. Talk to Him in the middle of your despair. He will assist you. He will do something for you. He will strengthen you and bless you. Not feeling hope and not having hope doesn’t mean that it is not there with you. It is and so is Jesus. He will never leave you nor forsake you. Stay encouraged! May God bless you and protect you and remember that He will always love you!
