Have you ever thought about what it means to be loved by the creator of the universe? Think about it. How can you describe being loved by the Lord? What does it look like in your every day life? It means front row seats every day so to speak. It means being covered by His favor wherever you go. It means nepotism when dealing with the affairs of life. It means privileges and immunity 24/7. I grew up with a father who was a diplomat for UNESCO in Paris and until I was 18 I had a special ID card that said I had “privileges and immunity”. I had diplomatic immunity. Well now with Jesus we can flash our privilege card anytime the enemy is trying to stop us. He will use our mind, situations and trials but we have a force higher than any police force on our side. Jesus rose from the dead to give us life and to give it to us in abundance. His privilege card doesn’t expire when we become of age. It is a permanent card. We are permanent residents in His land of ever flowing blessings and love. He loves us so much that He wants to spoil us so we can spoil others. He gives us an impartation of His love so we can love others more. Being loved by God is a birth right of our Christian heritage and He calls us to share His love so other will know what it means to be truly loved. Suggested reading: Job 10:12; Psalm 5:12; Psalm 23; Psalm 30:5; Acts 2:46-47
